Akari Kamigishi (神岸 あかり Kamigishi Akari) is the first female character to be introduced in To Heart and the childhood friend of Hiroyuki Fujita in the series.

Akari has short hot-pink hair that is tied with a yellow ribbon which is almost in a similar shape to Tsukasa Hiiragi from Lucky Star and pretty ruby-red eyes.

Akari is a kind, caring and sweet girl who has a fondness for cuddly toys, especially teddy bears despite her age.
